With your investment we include 300 X back wooden chairs for indoor use, 300 wooden folding chairs, for the ceremony outside and custom 8″ 42 inch harvest wooden tables. In addition to this, upon request we can provide up to ten 60″ round tables.

For an additional fee, a variety of items are available for rent including farm tables, vintage chairs, tables, ornate buffet tables, high-tops, cake stands. Additionally other items may be available upon request.

Yes, you can pay with a credit card. However, in similar fashion to other venues we pass along the fee charged to us by our payment processor . You have the venue from 8:00 AM. to 11:00 PM. Last Call for Bar Services is 10:30pm with all events ending at 11pm. All decorations and personal belongings are required to be cleaned up and out of the barn by Midnight. A $1,000 fee will be applied if your group is not out by the contracted time. Vendors will have access to the space 11pm – 12 Midnight to tear down any decor and exit the property.

Our main bar can be located in the front foyer while the 2 mobile bars are optional inside of the reception area.

Ceremony rehearsal time must be approved by Haven on the Farm and must be scheduled so that it does not interfere with any other events that may be taking place.

After You Receive Confirmation that have Secured your preferred date. Upon request we can provide a list of vendors who uphold the same standard of excellence we represent.

Yes, Haven on the Farm staff will set up ceremony chairs and reception tables and chairs. Clients are responsible for decorations and gathering personal belongings after the event.

If the ceremony is held indoors at Haven, our staff will assist with flipping the barn for a fee of $800 from a full ceremony set up to a full reception set up. This flip will have been scheduled at the time of renting the property. In the case of inclement weather for an outdoor ceremony, the venue coordinator must be given a 4 hours notice to prepare the barn for a ceremony set up. A full flip will not be available if the ceremony was planned to be outside and then moved inside.

The barn is 7,000 square feet and will comfortably hold 275-300 people.

Security will be present at most events where alcohol is present and exceeds 200 guests.
